For IOCL Pipelines Apprentice posts, your qualification must be from a full time course and passed by 30 November 2026. You need 50% marks in total, or 45% for SC, ST and PwBD candidates on reserved seats. People with BE, B.Tech, MBA, CA, LLB, MCA or higher degrees are not eligible.
Technician Apprentice posts need a 3 year Diploma in the matching branch. The HR post needs a full time bachelor's degree and the Accountant post needs a B.Com. The Data Entry Operator (Fresher) post needs 12th pass but not graduation, and the Domestic Data Entry Operator post needs 12th pass with a skill certificate.

IOCL Pipelines Apprentice Selection Process
- A merit list is made from your percentage in the required qualification.
- Document verification with original certificates.
- Medical fitness check.
- There is no written test and no interview.
- If marks are equal, the older candidate comes first, then the one with the higher Matric percentage.
The trades are Technician Apprentice (Mechanical), Technician Apprentice (Electrical), Technician Apprentice (Telecommunication and Instrumentation), Trade Apprentice (Assistant-HR), Trade Apprentice (Accountant), Data Entry Operator (Fresher) and Domestic Data Entry Operator.
